Obituary For Anthony Ray Robinson
Anthony "Poo" Robinson was born on December 28,1977 to Sarah Robinson and (the late) Lucky Robinson of Houston, Texas. He was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He was very much loved and adored by many throughout his life.
He was a very hard worker for Stewart Tubular for over 14 years. There was never a dull moment when he was in your presence. He was a loving, supportive, and respectful man who never turned his back on anyone.
In 1999, he met the love of his life, LaKeisha Orphey, and they later married April 1,2017. They are proud parents of a handsome son, the love of their life, Dontrell Robinson.
He loved all of his family and friends and the quality time they spent together. He was a happy, outgoing, friendly, enjoyable, and warm person. He loved entertaining friends and family. He took pride in everything that he did and would always have a joke and a smile on his face. To know him is to love him.
Our beloved Anthony was called home on Thursday, April 21,2022 at 2:36PM. He leaves to cherish his memories his beloved wife of 25 years, Lakeisha Lynette Orphey-Robinson, his pride and joy, his only son, Dontrell Robinson, his mother Sarah Robinson, mother and father-in-love Charlotte and Marion Thomas and Benjamin Lutcher, his siblings Don and Barbara Robinson, Lisa Braxton, Kasa Smith, and siblings-in-love Crystal and Wayne Brown, Benjamin and Alaina Orphey, Delisa Orphey, and Melvin Blake. And a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends to remember his outgoing personality.
He is preceded in death by his father Lucky Robinson, his sister Essie McDonald, and nephew Tony Braxton.
We will always remember "Poo" for being the life of the party and for his kind and generous heart. But mostly we will always cherish him for the unconditional love, dedication, and support to his family and friends.
